By placing an order, the Customer accepts these GTC, which may be modified at any time.

Prices are quoted in USD, inclusive of all taxes. Prices are subject to change, but orders will be invoiced at the rates in force at the time of order.

Ordering and payment

Services are provided in electronic form within a reasonable time.

Refund policy

This refund policy applies only to downloadable ebooks purchased directly from our website «My Kid - A Genius!».

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept refund requests once the email information with the links to download the product has been sent to the customer. However, exceptions may be made in the following situations:

• Defective product: If the downloaded ebook is damaged or illegible, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund or replacement.
• Billing error: If you have been incorrectly billed for the ebook, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue and obtain a refund, if applicable.

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

• Claim review: We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, we will proceed with the refund or replacement of the ebook.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

No refunds will be granted in the following cases:

• If the ebook has been downloaded successfully and is not defective.
• If the refund request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase.
• If the problem encountered results from the inability to use the ebook due to incompatibility with the user's equipment or software.

Liability

The Company is not liable for non-performance or poor performance due to events attributable to the Customer or to force majeure.
